How To

Preparatory Consultation: We meet to evaluate the scope and feasibility of the project. Establish design preferences, needs and wants and discuss budget and time constraints and commitments.

Design Initiation: Our team analyzes your needs and preferences and prepares a preliminary design concept and estimated costs budget.

Second Meeting: We review the preliminary design and estimated costs budget and discuss any concerns or questions.

Contract: Assuming the preliminary design and estimated costs budget meet your needs, a construction contract is executed and a deposit is secured. Material selections come next.

Final Design/Budget: Based on results from previous meetings and materials selections, a final design is created and a firm costs budget is established.

Pre-Construction Meeting: The final design is reviewed and the project manager is introduced. Daily scheduling requirements and procedures are explained and select trades associates are available.

Construction Duration: Daily contact will keep everyone involved completely informed of progress and any unexpected issues that may develop can be discussed.

Walk Through: At the end of the construction phase the project manager will walk through your home with you noting any items that may require additional attention. Upon resolution of any outstanding items the project is complete.
